Beginner level

Beginner level you have not done half or full Ironman, but will do that in the summer or in the future, (minimum requirement in NLC's trainingcamp is to be able to swim 1000m crawl – ok to keep breaks during the swim, ride with clip-on pedals and ride 50km without big problems, and be able to run 10km without big problems)
Medium level you have done half or full Ironman during the last 2 years. We don’t ask your time
Expert level you have done half or full Ironman without big problems, and work with the elements in your training, that make you to do your PR/go after podium/qualification.

Beginner level you have your own roadbike with clips-on pedals, and have been riding minimum one summer on your homecountry’s roads (this is the minimum requirements to participate in NLC’s training service)
Medium level you have your own roadbike, and you have beed riding some years on your home country’s roads, and also tried to ride on the mountains
Expert level you are riding licens/participate in roadbike races/ train to reach your PR/points qualification, and you have good experience of riding on the mountains.
