Patrick is such a talent, and he joined the very small group, that my coach works with, in the spring this year. Now he is an IM Champ.
We are so lucky to work with some of the best talents, just like we helped Jens Petersen Bach towards his IM Copenhagen victory (and are sure that there is much more to come from him) and had the pleasure to work with Michelle Vesterby toward IM Lanzarote victory and top 10 in Hawaii.
What does this have to do with NLC ??
Well……Frank as a coach, is also founder and works a lot on NLC. And he really knows how to move people to their next level, and he has proven it again and again. Maybe more important, he, and all of us here on NLC, love to do that, move YOU to YOUR next level. And therefore, a lot of the thinking of how we run the weekprogram, comes from some of the rules of training, that he has. And the sh##t works.
You will always be able to pick up, some good stuff, that with help you, either directly from him, or from some of the other clients, or from one of the workshops, during the week.
So what I am saying is:
you want to reach your next level, and not just by adding more and harder hours, come down, have a great week, and pick up stuff……but remember…..it is training, not active holiday 😉
