Weeks and booking

Our original conditions of booking/payment are very simple:

When you have booked and made payment on your camp by NLC, there is no cancellation/refund anymore.

We give you the possibility to transfer the camp to another person, and we change the name in the booking for free.

This is possible until 24 hours before the arrival.

Covid19 Special:

We have made an additional refund policy for 2023, in connection with the Covid19 situation.

We will provide a full refund in following scenario:

• - the border to Spain is closed for your nationality/country you travel from
• - you are forced to a quarantine of more than 48hours by arrival to NLC/Spain, or when you return home to your home destination
• - if your government places Spain in a travel category, that leaves you with no possibility, to have a travel insurance that covers you

We do not refund in following scenario:

• - if you are able to travel, but must provide a negative Covid19 test or a proof of vaccine, and you by your choice do not want to do this
• - if borders are open, and Spain is not placed in a category that removes cover of your/or any travel insurance, and you do not want to travel for any reason
• - if your flight company cancels your flight, without the border is closed for you, and Spain is not placed in the category that removes your possibility of travel insurance
